Making the healing decision to bring your Self to therapy takes courage.
I offer a faith-based approach to therapy that honours both your inner experience and your relationship with God and neighbour.

Healing happens best in the right environment — kind of like a greenhouse. My prayer is that all my clients find the therapeutic and healing space to embrace the person God has created them to be.

Services
I offer virtual and in-person counselling for individual adults and older youth.
With master’s degrees in both counselling and theology, I provide Catholic, spiritually integrated therapy that honours the whole person — every part of you.
​
My work is Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed, and I also incorporate EMDR when working with clients processing trauma. Because of the depth of these approaches, I offer 75-minute sessions at a set rate of $220.
​
I believe that becoming more fully who you truly are — who God created you to be, not just who others expect you to be — is one of the greatest gifts you can offer the world. I would be honoured to walk with you and to meet all of you.

If you are seeking faith-integrated therapy grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, you are welcome to complete the Waitlist Interest Form to be considered for future openings.

I review new inquiries every two months and reach out to those who may be a good fit for a brief 20-minute introductory session when space allows.
